As an E-Commerce Executive at our company, you will play a pivotal role in managing and driving our online sales channels. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, inventory, and operations teams to optimize our e-commerce platforms, ensure seamless product listings, and deliver an outstanding online shopping experience for our customers.
We are seeking a proactive, tech-savvy professional with a strong understanding of digital retail, data-driven optimization, and customer engagement to join our growing team.
🎯 Responsibilities
- Storefront & Catalog Management: Own the product lifecycle on the website, ensuring accurate product listings, descriptions, categorization, pricing, and stock updates.
- Core Business Operations: Oversee daily digital operations, manage customer orders, track payments, and closely coordinate with warehouse and third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Sales Optimization: Analyze storefront traffic, monitor sales performance, and identify customer friction points to optimize conversion rates and maximize monthly e-commerce revenue.
- Campaign Execution: Plan, configure, and launch seasonal promotional campaigns, discount coupons, and flash sales directly onto the platform.
- Customer Experience: Track customer feedback, manage return/refund claims smoothly, and maintain a high standard of online customer satisfaction.
🎓 Must Have
- Direct Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of active professional experience directly managing an e-commerce platform or working deeply within an e-commerce business environment.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of standard e-commerce workflows, including inventory holding, return policies, refund mechanisms, and local cash-on-delivery (COD) or digital payment cycles.
- Platform Literacy: Hands-on experience working with e-commerce CMS engines (such as Odoo, Shopify, or WooCommerce) and backend admin panels.
- Communication Skills: Professional fluency in both English and Bengali, with strong capabilities in drafting customer communications and operational emails.
- Problem-Solving Skills: A "get it done" attitude with the agility to troubleshoot customer orders or data mismatches efficiently under pressure.
✨ Nice to Have
- Prior experience with integrated ERP systems, specifically working with Odoo Sales, eCommerce, and Inventory modules.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools, web analytics (Google Analytics), or Meta Ads Manager.
- Foundational skills in SEO-friendly copywriting for enticing product titles and meta descriptions.
