As an Odoo Project Manager, you will act as the key leader responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of complex Odoo ERP solutions. Your core responsibilities involve designing the comprehensive implementation plan, rigorously controlling the project scope, budget, and timeline, and serving as the primary communications bridge between high-level client stakeholders and the internal delivery team. You will ensure the project team is coordinated, risks are managed proactively, and the final solution is delivered on schedule, ensuring client satisfaction and maximum business value.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive project implementation roadmaps and work breakdown structures.
• Define clear project scope, objectives, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage and coordinate the cross-functional implementation team (Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, Developers).
• Monitor and control the project budget and timeline 💰 to ensure delivery remains profitable and on schedule.
• Serve as the primary client liaison, managing expectations, providing status reports, and resolving strategic conflicts.
• Identify, assess, and develop mitigation strategies for project risks and issues.
• Organize and lead project meetings, including kick-offs, daily syncs, and executive Steering Committee reviews.
• Oversee the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase and manage the final Go-Live deployment strategy.
• Ensure all Odoo configurations and customizations align with agreed-upon specifications and Odoo's best practices.
• Approve project documentation, including functional specifications, training materials, and final delivery sign-offs.
• Manage the formal project closure process, conducting post-implementation reviews and documenting lessons learned.
• Conduct performance analysis of the project team and provide continuous coaching and feedback.
• Stay updated on Odoo's latest features and methodologies to drive efficient implementation processes.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related analytical field.

Additional Requirements

• Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master Certification) (Required).
• Odoo Certification (Functional or Project Manager track) (Highly desired).

Experience

• 3+ years of proven experience in IT/Software Project Management, specifically managing complex ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) implementations.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing projects using the Odoo platform.
